Board Practices

Our business and affairs are managed under the direction of our board of directors. The primary responsibilities of our board of directors are to provide oversight, strategic guidance, counseling and direction to our management. It is our expectation that the board of directors will meet regularly on a quarterly basis and additionally as required.

Xianhang Wang,  Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Wang joined the Company as Director of Product, Technology and Business Development in 2002. Before being named Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors in May 2014, Dr. Wang held leadership roles in new business and corporate development and marketing at Viewtran. He was named Vice President of Marketing, Business Development & Research in 2006.  Prior to joining the Company, Dr. Wang was Team Leader/Senior Developer at Forward Company in Toronto, Canada from 2001 to 2002. He was Senior Developer and Product Manager at China Huawei Tech. Co. Ltd. from 1997 to 2000. Dr. Wang holds a PhD in 1996 from Chongqing University, China, and a Master of Science degree from Southwest Jiaotong University, China.

Jing Xu,Director

Mr. Xu has been appointed a director since January 12, 2015. Mr. Xu has served as the General Manager of Sales at Huachuang SecuriAes Company Limited since 2011, heading its operaAons in Chongqing Hongjin. Prior to that, Mr. Xu held various posiAons at Haitong SecuriAes Company Limited (Stock Code: 600837.SH; 6837.HK) from 1995 to 2011, most recently as Vice General Manager. From 1992 to 1995, Mr. Xu headed the securiAes department at the Chongqing branch of the Bank of CommunicaAons. Mr. Xu received his master’s degree in economics and management from the School of the Central CommiWee of Communist Party of China in 2006 and his bachelor’s degree in accounAng from Chongqing Technology and Business University in 2002.
